An Arma Reforger server is a machine that runs the game continuously, independently of a host player. The military world stays persistent: positions, vehicles and progression carry on. Powered by the Enfusion engine, it lets many soldiers connect at any time to fight together across large battlefields.
Launch Arma Reforger, open the multiplayer menu and then the server browser. Filter by mode, ping, platform or player count, select a server and click join. Any required mods download automatically through the built-in Workshop before you connect. A password, if needed, is provided by the community.
Conflict is the flagship mode: two factions fight to capture bases and manage supplies across vast maps. Game Master lets one or several players script the session in real time, placing units and objectives. Many community servers also offer immersive military roleplay (RP).
Yes, Arma Reforger is a paid game: every player must own an official copy on PC, Xbox Series X|S or PlayStation 5. No free version exists. Once you own the game, multiplayer server access is included, with no extra subscription beyond your console online service.
Yes. Arma Reforger includes a Workshop built right into the game: mods install and update automatically when you join a server that uses them. On PS5, only data-only mods are allowed; those containing script code stay blocked under Sony's platform policy.
