An Unturned server is an online multiplayer space where players survive together in this free zombie game by Smartly Dressed Games. Each server sets its own map, rules, mods and play style: PvP, PvE or roleplay. You simply join the community that suits you best.
To join a server, launch Unturned, click “Play” then “Servers” and browse the list. Filter by name, map, ping or game mode, or enter an IP address directly in the “Connect” tab. Required mods usually download automatically before you connect.
On PvP servers, combat between players is allowed and tension stays high. On PvE servers, the focus is survival against zombies and the environment, with no player fights. On RP (roleplay) servers, everyone plays a character under immersion rules. Choose according to the play style you want.
Yes, Unturned is a free-to-play game, downloadable at no cost on Steam, with no purchase required to play or to join a server. Optional cosmetics and a paid Gold Upgrade exist, but they stay optional. Almost every server listed on Top-Games is free to access as well.
