What Are AOEM Assistant Instances?
Discord now imposes restrictions on privileged intents for bots once they exceed 100 servers. These restrictions prevent AOEM Assistant from functioning properly on new servers added after reaching this limit. To solve this issue and maintain optimal service, we’ve introduced a system of instances.
Why Instances?
Discord limits bots to 100 servers with privileged intents enabled.
Each instance of AOEM Assistant acts as a "copy" of the bot, capable of serving up to 100 servers.
This ensures that all features (slash commands, interactions, etc.) remain fully functional, even as the bot is used across more servers.

What Should You Do?
If AOEM | Assistant is already working on your server, you don’t need to do anything!
If you're trying to add the bot and encounter issues (e.g., commands not working), it’s possible the current instance is full.
1. Simply use the /instances command to check available instances and select an alternate one.
2. You’ll find new invitation links to add the appropriate instance to your server.
Important:
For slash commands to work properly, only add a new instance if your server cannot use the current one. This ensures a smooth experience for all users.
If you see the message:
Please add the bot to your server and then use slash commands there. If you are experiencing issues, consider switching to a new bot instance /instances as needed.
