10X Loot, Safe zone traders, 5X longer NPC respawn time, half dirtiness, half durability loss, 90% slower food spoilage, 50% cheaper gas prices, propane prices, and water prices.  $100 for random respawn, $500 for sector respawn, and $1000 for bed respawn with no cooldowns.  No fame penalty on death, gain 0.5 fame points for each npc kill.  Disabled zombies opening doors.  10 flags per squad.  Disabled loot puppets spawning hoards.

Additional new mob type spawns mod, starter kit mod, extra loot mod, quests mod, trader mods, QoL mods for car hp, roof rack, better flash lights, silencers, less building restrictions, and vehicle weapon mounts.  Inspired by Davo's Online scum server with an aim at medium-difficulty.

SCUM currently has a bug showing some servers as offline and players at zero when that's not the case, it's also stopping servers from showing in the multiplay list, something to do with new servers not being registered with a master server with SCUM.
